whole house remodel

This was a whole house remodel where we deconstructed the existing home down to the foundation and then built a two-story home on the existing footprint to stay within city requirements. We won our National Contractor of the Year award on this project.

This project entailed moving the basement access stairs from the middle of the house to the front of the house, which allowed for a great room area at the back of the house to take advantage of the fabulous view from this home. Reconfiguring and adding on to the North side of the home created a much-needed office. The addition of the patio with vaulted cover allows for great outdoor entertaining.

This project entailed a complete remodel of the existing living area, removal of the existing garage and adding a master suite, laundry room, office and three-car garage.
