Category: Kitchen Under $45,000
Before
To open up and update our clients’ kitchen, we removed a wall separating the kitchen from the dining room. This allowed for the installation of an island for much needed additional workspace and a seating bar. The window in the kitchen was replaced with a patio door that allows for more natural light and view of their beautiful backyard and so they can watch their children play. |

Kitchen Remodel
Before
Our clients wanted to open up and update their condominium kitchen and living area, so we removed the dropped ceiling in the kitchen and vaulted the living, dining room and kitchen ceilings to create a true great room. New laminate flooring was installed which really gave the home warmth. A new front door was installed bringing in additional light to the otherwise dark hallway and new doors and painting throughout helped brighten and lighten the home. Our clients added their personality with their selections of the cabinets, door pulls, lighting, granite and tile backsplash. |

Kitchen Remodel
Before
We opened up a small, dated kitchen by taking out the dark wood-wrapped beams and cedar plank ceiling and opened up the already vaulted ceiling. A small bathroom tucked in the corner was removed to make more room in the kitchen allowing room for an island and wall oven and microwave. Our clients gave it a modern feel with their selection of cabinets and drawer pulls, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Addition

Before
We did an addition to this home to give our clients a new larger kitchen and great room. Their existing kitchen was transformed into a formal dining room. The addition included a vaulted ceiling with roof pitches and shingles to match the front of the home, giving the rear view a much more appealing look. Our client loves to cook and entertain and has catered in her past so she wanted a kitchen that was functional and a great room in which she could entertain. They have a large lovely back yard so lots of windows were added to bring in a lot of light and the beauty of the back yard.
